Yeah. Update to a new OS version when they tell you because that's one way of giving your computer more life or stick to the old one and suffer like this. Right now you can only wait
Just keep waiting. It's just reverting. If not, be prepared to reinstall windows.
Pro tip for windows, do everything it says not to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If it says don't restart the computer.... You restart the fucking computer.

Been there many times. Force shutdown with power button or unplug and reboot. It'll be fine.

u better format and install w8.1, the same thing happen to me, and i waited almost a full day, and stayed the same. So yeah, format and put w8.1.
>hint: Never do a full update on w7. NEVER.
