Some things to keep in mind:

When you use products like Search and Maps, some location data associated with your activity may be saved as part of your private Web & App Activity
Pausing Location History does not turn off Location Reporting or location services for your device. Learn more
Remember, pausing this setting doesn't delete any previous activity, but you can view, edit and delete your private Location History data anytime
>>
>>50778654
this, never enter your real address in maps.

The internet is real life now.

If google added an option to automatically delete data after 2 weeks, then I'd enable almost everything.

If you have a gmail account and don't disable location tracking, then google has a map of your location for every second of your life.

That was the very first thing I disabled when buying my first botnet phone.

I honestly think they don't even know what to do with all the data.
Most of the data they steal is useless for advertising purposes.
They just hoard all the shit.
One day one of the thousands of monkeys working for them will figure out a way to use it

Probably close to it, we road tripped this year in my car, and I wouldn't doubt the most effective route follows the established rail line.

That feel when you come out on the other side of the rocky mountains and America slopes down forever until the horizon is a blur.

Depends on where you live. There are some red areas, but if you stay out of them you're fine. I live in a ok area, with poor people, but crime is very low. Last time some guys came and shot a rival gangster like 3 blocks from my house, but that was like 15 years ago. Since then I haven't heard of any crime nearby.

Prices on things are low compared to USA, Europe, except for tech related things. Tech things are expensive and variety is low, and sometimes it's hard to find high end products. That means you'll need to import if you want good things, and you end up paying like 50% extra over the prices in amazon. That's not too bad, until you take in account salaries are very low too.

People are nice for the most part. There's still a bit of racism against the Mayan people, but the only time I saw it was when Rigoberta Menchú went to the congress and they told her to go sell tomatoes or something. There are almost no jews or muslims, just catholics and protestants who tolerate each others pretty well, so there are almost no religious conflicts. The only religious conflict I heard about was caused by a small jewish community that was being racist against the native population, so they were kicking them off the village.

All in all, it's a nice place to live.

>Prices on things are low compared to USA, Europe, except for tech related things

I was just wondering because I work remotely now, and living in SF is kind of missing the point. I was thinking Panama or Argentina. Just some place with nice looking women and a low cost of living. And no cartel beheading shenanigans.

>racism against the Mayan people

I lived in Mexico for a few months and I could not believe how much people shat on each other for being slightly more indigenous than they were. I thought us cubans were racist, but god damn.

Yeah, there's still some racism here, but personally I haven't experienced it. There's also talk that in the anglosphere would be considered racist, but the intentions aren't really racist. For example basically in every village you'll find someone nicknamed Negro, Indio, Chino, but nobody considers that racism here.

But you're paranoid so you don't need proof.

I have been travelling across the world this week, and I had my internet turned off unless I was in a place with free WiFi. How does Google create such accurate location data on me? I was in most countries only to pass through and never had the internet on.
