I'm drunk and high, and would like to see if anyone would enjoy some Dilbert comics posted, seeing how most of you programmers and engineers will likely find their way into corporate hell. Might shine a little light on the life you'll be walking into.

Yes? No? It's technology related, but in a satirical sense.

Please stop me if you don't care about it, I'll oblige your wishes for more or to straight out stop.

This is probably due to never working in a corporate office but does anyone else find the whole 90s cubicle aesthetic perversely comfy?

No, it's horrible.

And illegal in my country becasue it causes depressions.

>>47163992
No, it looks awful and the only reason they did it was to block noise and increase productivity.
>>
>>
>>47164007
Thanks, I didn't even phrase it right. Like it's clear he's a shitty employer but I enjoy when they make it obvious that he himself also has to deal with shitty employees in a shitty company in a shitty industry.
>>
>>47163992
It's a place of simultaneous relaxation and fear. A place where you are isolated enough to mind your own business yet not isolated enough that you can avoid reacting to noises creeping towards you.

Lads. I have a confession to make. Reading the Dilbert strip in the newspaper in the morning while taking a shit and smoking a cig is pretty much the highlight of my day. Everything just spirals down the shitter after that.
>>
>>
>>
>>47164124
>>47164093
I love it.

You could post those out of context and Dilbert would be a strip about a reasonable, dedicated manager contending with an office full of autistic cunts.
>>
>>
>>
>>47163992
It depends on the size. The call center people at my job work in these tiny little cubes barely big enough for their chair and they have little desk space. I'm a developer so I get dual monitors, a massive desk, one of the cubicle walls is a white board, and I have tons of drawer and cabinet space. I think whether people like cubicles or not is highly dependent on what size they're used to. People who have only ever known small cubicles will hate them. My desk at work is massive. I've never had a desk that big in my life. Feels so damn comfy. I even have a nicely printed name tag on my cube. Feels really professional.

OP here

Hope you all enjoyed

Might post more later on tonight, I'm too drunk and high, or maybe Im not too drunk or high enough to keep posting. Also I need to refill my vape and change out the wick. Shits a pain, but I'll be back, trust in me and I shall deliver.
>>
>>47164227
Why not just Gandalf the herb? Shitloads easier than rolling or vaping.

The only episode of Clarissa Explains it All that I remember remotely was one where it was some sort of video game cross over. I think it was a halloween special?
