I just moved 2 weeks ago, literally 1,500 miles. I threw out most of my shit I couldnt fit in my car. I have animu shit but its still packed. Monitors are not overkill. I code for a living, and work from home, so its my work pc.
Every inch of monitor space is usually used. I do appreciate the critque though!

My newer laptop (which is just an entry level HP that I bought a couple of years ago with an A6-4400M) is in need of fixing so I'm using my Toshiba L305-S5955 (Celeron 900) that I bought in 2009. Fantastic right.
The keyboard has a bunch of missing keys so I took that off and put a Dell USB keyboard on top. It's $11.99 for a replacement keyboard and I have roughly $110 in the bank and I'm not trying to get myself closer to under $100 or anything.

The mic was a present from my brother. I didn't even really need a mic but figured I'd put it to good use. The monitor on the left is decent, albeit a little color washed out of box but nothing that was un-fixable. There are a lot worse keyboards out there, Anon. The headphones are AKG K81DJ and were a present from my grandfather.

It's really awesome to hear this, especially knowing what a shithole the place was when i moved in not too long ago...one wall had those 70's style woodpanel things installed and it was in rough shape, some of the planks were broken right in the middle etc, so i tore it down and underneath it the concrete wall looked like it had been on a battlefield, pits and holes everywhere, both lower corners of the wall had huge chunks of concrete missing, going really deep, at first i had to do a lot patching for the holes, then i applied the covering across the whole wall, and painted it. Then there was this one wall which had some smaller holes in need of patching and ugly ass wallpaper that had to go immidiately.
and pretty much every white surface in the apartment had to be painted again because they had turned so yellow.
Feeling pretty good about it right now.

The noises from my keyboard with MX Blues never bothered me with the HD 800s or any open headphones for that matter.
