I just bought myself a nice new table, which means an upgrade from one 24inch monitor to either two brand new 24incher or two 27 inchers.
I will be primarily watching movies and playing bidya.
I have a couple of questions for you /g/ents if you'd be so kind.
Are two 27 inch monitors overkill? Or should I just stick with two 24 inchers? If anyone here has a pair of 27s currently, could you chime in with a picture and a comment on how well it suits you?
Second topic. Are Dell monitors that much better than ASUS equivalents? Is the steep price gap worth it?

Because the left speaker has all the input/power connections and volume control, while my tower and DAC are on the right side. I've got the connections from the DAC to the speakers swapped to compensate, so the speaker on the right is the right channel and left is left.

I got an older Sony 4:3, 19" LCD off Craigslist for $40 if that counts.
