I want to start developing applications and simple games.
I cant pick one between this options:

You can build iOS with Java, look up RoboVM.

So Java for android games/apps. What about for computer games ? I heard Action Script for flash games but I eventually want to move on from flash, so what next ?

I'd recommend C#. You can make simple (or even complex) games in Unity for free with C# quite easily, and desktop applications are easy to make with it.
