Good. You'll have a usefulness that will exist beyond your 20's. Even if you bring home gold, the best you can hope for in your 30's is becoming a coach. Most olympians don't do shit with their lives after they stop competing

I started Muay Thai last week
I'm 21 as well and it's the hardest shit I've ever done in my life. I'm literally wringing out my shirt at the end of each class, and I considered myself in pretty excellent shape.
