whats an exercise that targets the short head and one that targets the long head, I know any is gonna hit both but if im gonna do 2 biceps exercises wouldn't it make sense to break it up like this?

If you don't curl, you be called a dyel even if your tricep is 85 pounds and you bench 225 and squat 285. I was only curling 25 pounds, fucking got called dyel because I didn't want blown up biceps, turns out, blown up biceps means you're a fucking god even though you can't even bench 200 and squat 135 REEEEEE

Only thing I do that hits biceps is weighted chin ups and they're just fine. I see no reason to isolate.
