Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but it seems like /fit/ is the closest to a "well-being" board.
So I learned that fluoride is apperantly bad for teeth and that supermarket toothpastes are lethal or something.
What toothpaste do anons use to brush their teeth?

What toothpaste are you guys using?
I use Euthymol, tastes like shit to start but you will get used to it

I use a Xylitol toothpaste (Xyli-white is the exact brand)
Tastes like regular toothpaste without the fluoride. Been using it a few years without tooth decay.
