How do you deal with overhead and bench press on the same day for equal strength?

I usually have two Push days a week, and i bench and ohp both days. I only ego-lift bench though. Just use ohp as an accessory, use good form, and train until controlled failure. Weight doesn't matter as long as you exhaust your muscles.

Split your work out in to an AM and PM with 6-8 hours in between each work out.

work at a slightly lower rpe, if you even need to, for the second exercise, only dyel retards go to 10s every set.
