No, your body would essentially go into what is called "hyper amino overdrive mode", which is basically where you become a gigantic unstoppable muscle machine God, practically capable of breaking cars in half with your hands. It's because your mind can't keep up with the stress and the pump of your body. Actually, a lot of bodybuilders from far corners of the world do this to throw off their metabolism and muscle memory. It's supposed to be really healthy for you, but I don't imagine doing it ever. Look it up if you don't believe me. I don't think it necessarily has to be for 24 hours, though. Maybe closer to 18-22.

It's perfectly possible to do 24 hours of cardio, non stop. Humans adapted to do that for hunts.
