So i lifted for like 3 years with a pretty high bf% and now im cutting down for the first time. Currently im at around 15% bf and i have a lot of vains that seem to be directly under my skin. i can see them glow through the skin, basically everywhere. Traps, chest, shoulders, stomach, tons on legs.
Can i assume that a lot of them will show within the next kgs i lose, or will they most likely stay like that if there is no significant fat on that certain bodypart? God i want these vains so badly.

If you cut to say 10% bf you should have some pretty pronounced veins, in all case a little bit of dehydration and a cut do wonders

I feel like my veins are exposed and are going to get cut on everything. I don't think that it looks remotely aesthetic either.
