idk bout bench, but i ohp 135x5 and only manage 50s for 8
I had to move to a new gym and its fucking shit for BB bench. The BB benches are like 6 inches off the ground so the knees are way above hips which makes it impossible to brace properly.
The free benches are correct height so I try to bench in the power rack when I can but its always taken by nulifters doing 40kg ATG front squats.
But anyway, my best BB bench is 105kg 3x5
DB bench best I've done is 35kg per hand 3x12
