How do I get definition in my arms /fit/ ?
Is it strictly a body weight issue ?
I'm just now getting back to the gym after realizing I'm a fat fuck at 5'9" 185lb

I've put on muscle but no distinct tone to it. Should I just go full otter mode and do 2 hours cardio/day for 2 months straight 7x a week?

Have you read it tho? You should start by reading it ENTIRELY not just hovering your eyes and half-assedly scanning it.
I'm not the guy you answered to, but I'll tell you some things you should know:
1-/fit/ hates when people act entitled
2-if you post a pic of your body, post it in the correct orientation and without a shirt and with a no homo unless ure le epic gay xd

The sticky DOES in fact talk about what you want, it's one of the first things to clear out of the way, spot reducing is not possible, you must lower your total body fat in order to get "shredded" muscles (or "defined")

I've found that the less carbs I eat the more definition I get. I don't do more than 10 mins of cardio every time I got to the gym. 20 when I'm cutting.

Yeah, I'd say just lower the amount of carbs and see where it gets you.

Also, I don't drink very often and don't eat shit food as much. My diet isn't super strict, but it isn't bad either.

Most definition of muscles, I've found, is done in the kitchen.
