What do they both have in common? They don't take five minutes out of their days to write down calories and grams of protein per day (IE, the bare minimum)

desu I just count by meals + snacks. I do keep counting in mind but it's not like I calculate every milligram. Every meal is atleast 500kcal+ so 4 big ones oughta do it.
