Thanks senpai, first time I've been mired on the internet.

1.6 years total. First year was shit, nutrition was all wrong
and did a stupid brosplit with way too much cardio because I was ignorant and lazy,
all my stats were lower at the end of that year than they are now.
After the gf cheated i took off for 7 months then started again 6 months
ago with a moderately strict routine and bulk diet(3500kcal,4-3 training days a week, drinking almost every night),
pretty much 1,6kg gained per month and ended bulk at 16% bodyfat.
Now cutting at 2500 for 2-3 months with a PPL variatian, quit the booze and nutrition is on point.

Yeah I notice I have different taste/goal from the rest of /fit/, I like the strong/buff look with some fat left, not a fan of bodybuilder physique (no homo)

I too took 8 months off, I went from 57 kg to 78, now I'm back to 72 again. Trying to hard bulk up to around 90 but I'm gaining a lot of fat, rip.

As long as you eat enough and train hard you should gain both fat and muscle at a steady rate.

Gainers and whole milk(1 liter daily) made up the excess. So i'd usually get 2200cal from food and 1300cal from milk/gainer shakes. didn't track anything and tried to keep to clean food.

Another easy way to get calories is blending dry oats and drinking them with fruit or milk.
Fucking easy to chug 200g of oats and it's clean and cheap as fuck.

Diet: 300 g oats 100 g almonds a day, big lunch and big dinner
Routine: SS but with added shrugs, pullups, curls, skullcrushers and ab work
