Hey /fit/, I realized that whenever I do any type of squats, my bad really hurts. Whit is the proper for for rack squats/hex bar squats?

They all have multiple how to squat vids on youtube
Read Starting Strength (the book, not the wiki) and watch Rip's coaching vids on youtube imo.

start stretching too, hips especially
Watch videos, read ss. My back pain came from collapsing in the hole and doing a good morning at the top of my rep as consequence. Bracing is essential in all the big 4, thats why they all benefit from wearing a belt.

Bad advice // advice with not a lot of experience

Good advice, but not the solution
Where on your back hurts? I'm assuming lower back. Stretch your hips, hamstrings and practice not collapsing. Look up how to brace your core properly (Chris Duffin has good videos on this).

Drop the weight, focus on keeping your back straight with weight over mid foot. Do more core exercises like planks.

Need to increase mobility in your hamstrings, and hips. Easiest way is to just do a squat at home (weightless) against a door frame, get as far down as you can without collapsing; and then with your hands, pull yourself into the door frame to really push the stretch. Do it 10 minutes a day, I have heard stretching should be done daily.
Look up MoveSkill for a video on this, and other stuff for your hamstrings. Made decent progress on my own mobility with their programs before slacking.

You want to be facing the door frame when you squat, btw
