Hi /fit/

I want to get in shape and gain weight.
Here are some basic info about me:
*182-183cm
*55KG
*all my life I have been skinny dude

Basically my goal is to get stronger and gain some weight .I dont want to be too big a still like being skinny but not this much.

Pleas help me to make daily schedule .I want to use this sumer for good.
