Also if you are a skeleton tall guy be sure to do incline press, behind the neck press and shoulder shrugs and front raises.
You'll be impressed how much a skeleton guy looks with some upper body gains from secondary muscle groups.
At 5'10 you can pretty much transform yourself. You are not too tall to suck wind on the bench press and whatnot and not too short that when you get gains you just look like a tiny ripped leprechaun.
