why the fuck you guys gotta sub shit for rice and noodles just eat normal ass sauteed or roasted cauliflower or zucchini why you gotta make couscous and fucking spaghetti out of it fuck
>>

Cause regular cauliflower or zuchini sucks unless you do it with cheese/bechamel.

Cauliflower couscous is like 2 bongbucks for a kilogram.

>per 100g
>40 calories
>lotsa fiber
>4g protein

It's pretty much a "starch" food that gives tons of protein and has retardedly low calorie count.

I can literally just mix some sauce or curry shit on couscous and I'd have a kilogram of food for like 600 calories 50g protein, good carb/fats.

Or just dump 2 cans of chickpeas and kidney peans on a baking pan and roast for 12 minutes.

Kilogram of "carbs" for only 650 calories and 50g protein.
