Pic related, I actually just went and looked into the source cited by your infograph because I found it interesting.

Takeaway : black victims are made by black offenders. White victims are made by white offenders. These have the same ratio.

While it is true that whites don't commit more crimes on blacks (as a %) contrary to what the news want you to believe, it's equally true that blacks don't commit more crimes on whites.

If racism inflates the ratios, it does so in an equal way for both races so it evens out.
