Doubtfull mate. iv got a 4 pack and a half decent back and upperbody, nothing special but it shows through cloth which was all i wanted as a end goal desu also no pics at hand

U = Upper body
L= Lower body

Lift monday, wednesday and firday and alternate each workout day.

Fit you arnt going to fail me for the first time in 2 years are you?

A: Deadlifts 3x8
Rows 3x8
Pullups 3xF (if you can do more than 10 add weight)

B: BB OHP 3x6
BB Bench 3x5
Dips 3xF (if you can do 10+ add weight)
Alternating dumbbell shoulder press 4x12 (easy weight)

C: Highbar Squats 3x8
Lunges 3x5 per leg
Box jumps 3x5 (find the right height to make it tough)
Hamstring curls 4x12 (easy weight)

Write down what weights you use and when it feels too easy add some weight. 5lbs at a time for squats, 10lbs for diddlys and 2.5 for OHP.
