Welp just trashed my uni degree and with no hopes of pulling back I got last hope in the army
But my fitness isn't up to scratch
I'm 6'8
Weight about 95kgs
I'm mostly legs
And upper body strength is twig like
What should I eat or diet?
What routines should I do?
