3.5 months of lifting so far.
chest-to-shoulders/arms ratio is still fucked up. should i focus on any specific exercise (or even become a 24/7 curlbro)? Or just continue with balanced full-body workouts?

Never done a shrug in my life. Last week I was told more shrugs less sit-ups. I can hold a front lever too, I guess I can't win.
