I'm married and this is honestly exactly how it is with my wife. She's all pissed lately because she gained 3 lbs after a 2 week vacation (honestly looks the exact same imo). I don't have to say shit to her about her it, she's already gymming and dieting like she put on 20 lbs, says the best way to loose lose weight is to not put it on.
She's given me two kids and still looks great. All the other girls I knew in college and all her friends all got fat after kids. Some didn't even wait that long - just till marriage.
Marriage is great, you just have to choose wisely.
