I do 8 hour legs once a week.
Yesterday I switched things up a bit and did leg extensions and leg curls before leg presses and squats, did a bunch of drop sets on leg press and alternated front squats and back squats and then some romanian dead lifts. I have some really nice quad and glute DOM's going on today.
