You shouldn't be losing strength at your body fat if your nutrition is right. So your recovery or nutrition must be shit. Get some whey or protein bars and use them on your lift days to ensure you get to TDEE if you have to.

Nigga I never said that I was happy with where I'm at. I was obese as a teenager, which was my own fault obviously but I weighed over 300 pounds and lost over 100 but plateaued but I'm trying to change that.

I don't think I have klinefelter's because I was screened for hormonal problems at a young age as I was born premature. I think that my shit tier physique has more to do with enviromental factors and my own shitty choices like smoking a large amount of weed during my developmental phase, and being incredibly fat which led my body to aromatise all of that extra estrogen. I don't make excuses for myself, but I think about killing myself daily because of my body. I just want to be like the rest of you here with normal bodies and obviously those of you who wear your dedication on your sleeve.

Noted. My nutrition isn't terrible, I usually get around 100-120g of protein daily but my sleep is honestly god awful. Even with melatonin and benadryl supplements I average around 4-6 hours of sleep a night and normally have 2 nights a week without any sleep. Well Anon, figure out how to fix your sleep.
Stay away from stimulants, cut sugar out, whatever it takes.
I still personally think it's your recovery than, your body is stressed out and your probably not helping it lifting and starving yourself (which is probably causing more anxiety).
Give your body what it needs on lift days, see how it works out. If you don't feel better about it two weeks in try a new plan. You'll be changing your diet a lot in the 1st year until you figure out what works for you, don't be discouraged.

Yeah I think that is definitely the next step. At first I thought it was just me not getting enough exercise etc, but then I started to do cardio every day and even though I'd be lying in bed physically exhausted I still wouldn't be able to get to sleep. started working out about 5 month ago, was 189.6, down to 177.6...but I have lost 6lbs in 25 days but around that time I began hitting abs with my work out, is that normal weight loss if I'm definitely eating at a deficit, I do about 30 minutes cardio and 90 minute high volume/rep routine

Help
Started 101 kg, am 89 kg currently, but I feel confused.
I've been going to the gym for almost 2 months now and I am on a -500 calorie deficit diet. Recently, well two days ago I had this bizzaro day where literally every single person I know told me that I look a lot more fit/that I got slim/what diet are you on/hey bro how do I start too etc.
I don't understand, I feel like most of my weight loss is not visible and it's starting to slow down, in fact my muscle tone/mass has virtually remained the same. The only thing that improved is my posture and my stretchability I guess which probably creates illusion for others that I am getting /fit/,
Muscles themselves are a bit larger when I flex them and I can lift more but it's not visible what so ever.
I've been doing retarded shit for the first week and this is my third week doing SS, what should I do? Should I increase my calorie intake? I just want to start seeing the gains but I don't know what to do at this point. I feel like my gut/lovehandles is a stubborn area and if I keep dieting I will become full skinnyfat mode before that shitty fat goes away and when it does I will be a skelington. At the same time I fear that if I go full high calories mode I will become fat as fuck again...

The worst part is that I don't fucking understand how and what weight I lost.
At first when I started losing weight I thought that maybe it was my gut being filled by shit and I just shitted it out, but then I went lower and lower and I was at 92 and now I am consistently going lower and lower, my undergut and love handles stay the same size and only thing that decreased a lot is my ass.
How does body work, I don't even.

I did read sticky and I am doing stuff according to it.
My concerns are that my fat loss is not impressive to me (and I understand that you can't just instantly lose fat but I mean on a mental level, I feel sort of bummed out ) and yet at the same time my muscle gains are also minimal so I am not getting hyped at least for the muscle mass increase.
My goal is 2123 calories per day, 159 carbs, 83 fat and 186 protein which is based on IIFYM but I decreased carb and fat intake and increased protein.
And as I said in original post I am doing SS and increasing the weights as suggested in /fit/sticky.

I guess I did a huge mistake by not measuring the width of my arm at the start of this whole process but I am quite confident that it's barely noticeable.

Is this normal for month and 3 weeks of progress or am I fucking up somewhere?

Any advice towards where to go next? The goal was to cut down to a low bf% and then lean bulk. Down 13lbs from the start, doin greyskull LP and c25k in addition to cut.

I'm pretty fucking lean but I still have major love handles that look disgusting. =(
