Honestly can tanning overcome genetics? I'd post a picture but I'm on a shitty old laptop, it's for sure past "pretty pale" and into "he might be really sick" pale. I'm out walkign the dog or biking or just walking every day for weeks now and I'm still bright white to the point I see people point at me when I'm out trying to be /fit/ (I don't care about this part anymore but it's the fact I'm STILL THAT PALE that bothers me) . 1. gotta get it removed early, which means getting screened alot. Do you have that kinda money for the doctor?
2. Cutting it out isnt a guarantee. Most places will cut wide and deep to ensure there arent any cancer cells left. Youll most likley get bad scarring from it.
