How strict is ur diet?
And of you cut out alcohol completely?
I haven't drank in months and have seen great results.

Pretty strict during the week (cutting). No breakfast, small lunch and medium dinner. No food after 7pm untill noon the next day.
Weekends will cheat with sushi and maybe a few beers.

I don't drink because I don't see value in it.

I have to be strict now. Anything that isn't an animal or came straight out of the ground gives me the shits. Apples are too sweet now and I munch on straight up tomatoes throughout the day. Even diet coke fucks me up. T-that's for the advice Scooby. I f-feel so much better

Not very. I'm cutting and my natural appetite lets me cut. I only have to be strict when I bulk.
I eat McDonald's and drink beer and energy drinks every day

eat mostly tuna, chicken breast, steak, eggs
whey shakes, salads, greek yogurt, carrots/celery, and other stuff if it fits my macros/caloric goals
not too strict, its all tasty stuff. ive lost weight even with battered halibut (no fries, just fish). stay in a deficit and you are golden.

I'm bulking and also work at a liquor store. cutting out alcohol is something that might be beneficial for gains but not so much for employment. I try to moderate it.
everything else is hitting a protein goal per mean and hitting a calorie goal per day. works pretty well.
