mostly genetics I imagine, mine did the same thing

the only things I do for shoulders:
>5x5 DB military press one push day a week, 3x8 the other
>superset 3x15 lateral raises with triceps exercises (x2 every push day)

That's all posture, on the left his shoulders are slacked forward a bit, on the right his shoulders are cocked back a bit.

what's a better routine? I don't bench, because it doesn't isolate chest and I don't deadlift because we don't have an area in the gym for that.

bench is still important because it's a compound movement, it's not a good idea to cut it out just because it doesn't isolate the chest. if you want a good strength foundation for your chest/tris, *some* kind of bench is the way to go

honestly if you google around for 2 seconds you can find some good PPL routines, I use a variation of one I found on reddit

Also I'm a litteral novice and have no lifting friends so I'm not overly confident with some things. I don't know if I'm capable of doing power cleans.
