I've had bad acne on my face when I was 14-16

Bulked to 212 but was fairly fat so did a mini cut to the last picture.

Deciding if I should cut more and get pretty lean (~12-13%) or if it's time to slow bulk again

Obviously don't have enough muscle to cut hard without looking skelly, but don't want to just get fat since I'm already around 15%

EC stack helped.
Maintenance is about 3200 and I cut from 2800 to 2500, lowering cal intake by about 50 cals per week.
Meticulous tracking.
No cheats being as my deficit wasn't huge.
Macro split of 45% fat, 30% protein and 25% carbs.
Did the very high volume Arnold's blueprint to the cut program, which seems impossible but was a great challenge, got it off of bb.com.
Consistency in all aspects was key.
According to body analysis on inbody 230 I lost 0 lean mass and over 18lbs of fat in my two month cut.

Oh and the second and last month of cut I followed IF 16/8.
I would eat about 30% of total calories at 2pm, hit the gym by 4:30/5pm and eat the remaining cals post workout, making sure 80% or more of the days carbs were found therein.

For cardio I didn't follow Arnold's guidelines, I opted instead for 5-7 minutes of HIIT on the bike or versa climber post workout, two/three times a week.

I used the above link to get an estimate of how much I should be eating, lifted, did some light cardio, and tried to get about .8g protien for every lbs of body weight.

Just watch and keep adjusting your calories, shoot for losing 1lbs a week, it's super easy to sustain, and as long as you are meticulous with recording everything you eat you will lose. I didn't really feel hungry anymore after the first month.

To my fellow cutbro, also consider the importance of the follow up to your cut.

At some point you need to get out of deficit, hard enough as it is because most of us here have varying degrees of body dysmorphia, but once you reach that point you need to be really careful about scaling back up the calories, ESPECIALLY if coming off of an EC stack, because if you do it wrong you'll gain back lots of what you lost.

Wean yourself off of the EC, and from the bottom point of your deficit you should introduce back between 50-100 calories a week to your daily goal until you hit maintenance in order to let your metabolism adjust.

I'm gonna cut for 1 more week. I'm using an EC stack and it's fucking my shit right up but I'm trying to get down to ~10% bf. I know I'm super DYEL but I'm pretty dedicated and hopefully the gains will be fast when I begin the bulk.

6 day split actually, all muscle groups done twice that way.

And yeah the left was strength based with a disorganized diet plan, but I have no regrets and wouldn't dissuade anyone from using something similar as a starting point, but definitely not hold onto it.

Right now I'm pursuing a hybrid strength/hypertrophy plan while staying ontop of nutrition.

During the cut I did Arnold's blueprint to cut almost to the letter, except for substituting upright rows with a combo of facepull/shrugs and occasional bike HIIT instead of treadmill shit.

Now I'm doing a four day split based off my one reps that goes upper body (heavy), lower body (heavy) day off, upper body (volume), lower body (volume), weekend off.

Sets and reps vary each week, progressive overload, 4th week deload, abs on legs, accessories throughout, focus on big three.

all I actually did is change my training to 6 times a week. I stopped doing that 5x5 shit and tried different bodybuilding splits, before that my training in the gym lasted about 45 minutes + 30 minute biking. Nowadays I do 1.5 hours in the gym and 30 minutes, so more sets, reps and movements. Diet I didn't really change much, only thing I try to do is get in as much protein as I can and avoid sugars and processed stuff like hot pockets, top ramen etc. Even though I party like every third week and might eat a chocolate bar every second day, I still lost reasonable amount of fat while still gaining muscle. Hope this helps somewhat.
