I'm getting there. 1700 calories a day, vegetables suck. tracked "maintenence/cheat day" once a week at 3300 calories. This is my problem too but the trick is to quit drinking for like two weeks and do a hard cut on keto. Eat less than 1200 kcal a day but make it mostly steak with vegetables and you will drop 10lbs in two weeks time. Then get shitfaced for a week but with the same diet and you will be good. You will get way more drunk off less as well since you don't consume enough food to cause slow alcohol absorption.
Of course the trick then is to not eat like shit when you're drunk. I find not having jack shit in the house other than what you need to make a meal works well.

Don't get me wrong there's not much here, it's more about what surrounds us. Our town center is two gas stations (one of which is a cumbies, fuck year). Also a gaming store called Rivendel Books and Games which has been around forever and is awesome. We've got liquor stores and pizza joints but that's all on Route 44.
We used to hold the guiness world record for most golf courses in a town. The first tornado sighted by europeans was in Rehoboth. That's about it. It's more about the nature and it's location. Lots of places you need to be waaayyy the fuck away from civilization to get this type of foresty cowness but here you've got everything spitting distance. That being said occationally nig nogs from East Providence come in to burgle houses but that's pretty rare and usually they just rob shit out of your unlocked car.

Also the farmland is slowly dissapearing because the farmer's kids don't want to work 12 hours day 24/7 so they sell off plots to developers. It's a bummer but what can you do. We don't have a sewer system though so it will never go full city like Seekonk, Taunton, EP, etc. Thank god for that. Public school is really safe but the highschool (combines students from neighboring town Dighton and Rehoboth) has gotten real authoritarian zero tolerance bullshitty. Still good place to raise kids.
