It genuinely feels like there literally nothing to learn from being here. It's just a complete waste of time, and yet I can't resist. I want to make lifegains but I'm just not able to, I need to quit but I don't know how

At first I laughed at people on this board and thought "haha most of these guys are being satirical, no one is that much of a loser. Ok that was a good 45 mins on 4chan, time to go back to my good life". But it developed into more and more.

Same here, I have 2 people above me and one is the owner. I make $16/hour which isn't much, but it's comfortable for me. No internet blocks, no cameras, no supervision whatsoever except when superiors are here (rarely).
Recently started bringing some meals in and eating healthier, plus I'm doing some push ups in the office more often now.
