What do you think are the very best bodyweight exercises?

I say pullups/chinups, squats, lunges, pushups, dips, planks and some form of ab shit like situps/crunches or leg raises/flutter kicks

Am I missing something?

Front + back lever, handstand push-ups, strict muscle ups, Planche, Maltese cross, iron cross, V sit, manna, one arm pushup, one arm pullup

I do weighted calisthenics. I usually stick with the chins/pull ups & Dips.
The flashy shit I stay away from because I don't really care about hot dogging it anymore than I do suspending weigbt from my body to rep out calisthenics.
Calisthenic squats are pretty fucking bullshit. Do a 1000 in one day if you aren't going to train your lower body right. You might as well get the volume in if you aren't going to use resistance.
Can't do 10 sets of 100? Do 20 sets of 50.

Better yet. Squat with a barbell and weights.

skip lunges and any kind of retarded ab stuff. do some kind of box jumps instead, and sprints. any 'bodyweight' routine without running/sprints is a failure
