thanks for the sumo tip the other day, 2nd day of switching to sumo and weight felt piss easy

I have a couple noob questions:
How do you place your feet in the same position every time? before I was doing heels right where the knurling starts which is obviously too narrow, but when I do my wider stance I can't tell if my feet are in the same position


I know that sumo can scratch up my shins if I'm not wearing calf condoms which I don't mind too much, but what about your quads? I have this weird sort of rash thing on the VMOs of both my legs

Depends on how much you're planning on running and how advanced you are. You could do volume on Rd for things that won't get in the way of your big 3 like biceps and traps (Srs make use of those trap gains) and you should be fine for Friday. Elbows on the side of the bar opposite your head. In front of. I dont see how this isnt clear, I dont have the patience to find or draw a picture.

But elbows in front of the bar causes tendonitis in some people.

Is your internal rotation good? (Look up shouder interal rotation if you dont know) It could cause problems downstream if not. As well as wrist heslth and mobility. If your wrists are stiff it can affect your elbows.
