How should I do HIIT? 20 secs sprinting 40 secs walk? I want

How should I do HIIT?

20 secs sprinting 40 secs walk? I want to do it on the stair climber but seems a lil autistic since ill have to keep changing the speed and it beeps

I do 1 min hard run + 4 min hard walk for 30 min, making sure my hr is high enough throughout.

then use the stairclimber. it doesn't really matter because the goal is to get your heart rate up.

I do steady state cardio on it for 5-10 mins pre and post workout depending on how I feel but I was considering changing that to 10-15 mins hiit

Do it on the rower. No need to adjust the machine, just change your own speed
