For starters carbohydrates are toxic, high fat is fine as long as you do low carb (<20 non fiber carbs per day) and you get adequate protein.

let me explain why you are stupid OP as for some reason this thread didnt die ages ago.
Carbs are for energy (They are important so you can move everyday) (most important)
Protein are for muscle growth and maintance (second most important)
Fat is for hormonal control (least important but does effect mood and metabolic rate as well as testie levels)
If you put more than is needed it is stored as fat.
you should be consuming fat the least beacuse it has the smallest effect on ur body (Super dumb'd down version i know i wanted to make it simple)
