No you have to progress in strength or volume you can't just stagnate at the same weight. Keep an eye on the people in your gym that are doing the same weight and reps and watch them overtime, years will pass and they look the exact same. They're the people whining that you need steroids to get big and that everyone bigger than them are on steroids because they've been "working out" for years etc
