Surely after 4 months the effects would have gone away right? Does this mean I've been taking creatine for 3+ years as a non-fucking-responder?

This is the brand I was using.

How much and how often?
>>
>>37732106
5g everyday for 3+ years straight.

And Im a manlet, around 150-180 bodyweight during this time.

As far as I remember, 5g is enough for upto 200 pound b/w

Could just be your body makes enough of it on its own now if you've been lifting for four years. Creatine always seemed like a beginner's supplement to me. Or at just something to use during a bulk if your mass ain't too big.
>>
>>37732124
used that same brand and 5g a day as well. i did notice more of a fullness and a slight help to my pump, after a couple weeks of taking it.

Creatine = baldness
>>

All creatine does is pull SOME water into your muscles and the returns are like ~3% strength gain.

>Honestly on creatine you won't even notice an increase in water weight
>If anything it's .5-1lb

Creatine is the most researched and tested bodybuilding supplement of all time, just read a few studies anon
>>
>>37732198
Yeah, but those same studies indicate that about 30% of the population is a non-responder to creatine.

OP is prob that 30%
>>
Maybe, I read somewhere you should cycle it, not even trolling here but hey, it's like 10 bucks for 2 or 3 months
>>
>>37731923
Creatine is just a different energy source for your body.physiology aside If you have a good diet you won't notice any significant difference is strength or explosiveness.
>>
>>37732414
Creatine is not an energy source. It's an energy catalyst.
