Hey /fit/ how often do you guys train your forarms a week? Planning on integrating some support, crush, and pinch strenght training into the ICF routine

I used to isolate them once a week but after a few weeks of reverse curls i hurt my wrist and it never recovered even years later so i rely on heavy deadlifts to work them.

Other than diddly lifting and shrugs, weighted carries are pretty good for the forearms.
Do them on Saturday or whenever.
Or when you're not deadlifting, just hold heavy dumbbells to before failure in-between sets of an exercise that doesn't really require your grip strength that much.

Wrist rolling on off days, and reverse curls instead of supine curls. I personally like 2 sets of reverse curls followed by one of supine.

Forearms get a good enough work out from cleans and biceps. No need for isolation unless you want a minor increase in juiciness.

Honestly I think the best gains come from compound lifts like deadlifts, cleans, and shrugs where your grip can become a limiting factor

3 times but then i started getting sharp ass pains in my forearms during preacher curls so i stopped those, and my forearms are still cockblocking my biceps they hurt so damn much. like, very near the wrist on the pinkie side. my wrists are so goddamn bony i should prolly work on those before isolating forearms again...

A lot of people warning me about injuries so i guessing two times during sat/sun would suffice and if its not enough ill bumb it to 3.
