The water fasting continues, bros. I was at 35.5" waist today, but that is how it is every week until Friday when I eat. Then I balloon back up to 36".
I did lose 2 lbs over the weekend though. At 146 now. I think I got about 10-15 more lbs to go before I am 15% body fat, meaning I'd have to do these 5 day fasts for another month.
Still, 130 lbs is too light. When I get to 140 I should just start lifting and eating and maintain weight until the fat is replaced with muscle. 140 lbs at 5'9 ain't shooting for the moon. Right?
