well I bake them with a little bit of olive oil, and i'm perma cutting, so it's a little worse than eating them boiled/steamed.

Hella potassium, tiny bit low on fiber, but it also is t supposed to be inflammatory like grains are (tbhfam, i was only half listening when Dr. rhonda patrick explained why grains are the devil)

Beans is best carb.
High fiber.
