In every squat thread ever, this is everyone's diagnosis, and it's usually wrong. Buttwink is not nearly as big a deal as /fit/ makes it out to be.
Also, OP, it would help if we had a squat video, preferably from multiple angles.

Do mobility work.
Do more third world squatting until you get comfortable.

Ty for the answers
I always do this before squating cause i feel slight pain on my left femur head when i do it (no pain in my right leg)

when i do this i also feel slight disconfort on my left femur head
I just got xrays for this:
Femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) is a condition where the bones of the hip are abnormally shaped. Because they do not fit together perfectly, the hip bones rub against each other and cause damage to the joint.
Thankfully i don't have it but maybe you could look into it op

I think this started happening when i was squating, during 1 rep i slightly lost balance and i went forward a little (or backwards) (i dont remember perfectly) and i heard a click sound on my left femur head, i didnt dropped the weight thou

If the click didn't hurt, it wasn't that
It may be anterior femoral glide. Look into it - I've got it too in one hip.
