Fit help me,

I put on 12 kg in 3 months
I went from 62 to 75kg

That is 13 kg in 3 months, I think I put on a lot of fat, but I also noticed I improved my liftd a lot and feel a lot stronger.

Do you think I am ready to cut fit? or should I keep going til 80kg?

I am 18 years old and 181cm tall

You're small, get bigger and then cut.

Previously I cut too early and hated how small I got, now I'm ending my bulk and I feel almost uncomfortably fat but once I cut, I'll look a lot better.

I read somewhere that during a cut i must eat protein in regular phases so my body wont use energy from my muscles. Is there any truth to this or can I continue eating 2 80g protein meals?

Idk man do what you feel is right ive been cutting for two months and kinda miss the bulk bro. I arguably look better but feel as if im shrinking and am becoming a twig bitch.

I basically did this:

and ate 3500kcal everyday,
6eggs in the moring
200gamm greek youghurt
2litre milk everyday

and the rest filled with rice/noodles/potatos ect.

2 litres milk alone make almost 1300kcal..

good progress and yes I am scarred of stalling on my lifts, I just reached 1.5plate and I have the feeling I can still improve
