I lost 90 lbs between 2011-2013. Then I fell back into old eatting habits and being a general lardass piece of shit. Thankfully /fit/ motivated me to get back on track and I've gone from 235lbs to 203 lbs since February. Not only the weight loss, /fit/ has helped me to process grief in a healthy way rather than locking myself in the dark and eating pizza.
