can you guys help me estimate my bf%? i think it is about 13 15%, i don`t have money to buy any tools for measuring. I tried measuring it for free with a device that you squeeze in your hand about a week ago and it showed me 19% so i don`t know if it was accurate. can you guys help me?
p.s. in good lightning i can see veins on lower abs , on on obliques and maybe a small vein on upper abs... sorry about bad quality photo

I'm 5'9and I only weight 127lbs, despite being pretty skinny my fat distribution is shit(12% bf) and I have love handles and my abs don't show up
