How do you determine whether a person has biceps or if a person is just fat?
I see stuff like pic related a lot where the part at the elbow is pretty thin and the higher you go, the more you see a bulge indicating a biceps. It's like a little curve and pretty hard to explain. (please see the curve I drew onto it)
I see this quite often on non-fat persons but on the other hand, the difference between the perimeter of the elbow and the "difference" to the biceps area isn't that big and I have no idea how to tell now.

if you want to see whether a person has muscular arms or not or to see whether their arms are fat or not you're looking in the wrong place
best indicator is the TRICEPS. flabby triceps mean fat, nice strong horse shoe means muscle, neither means skelly
