lots of eggs and coconut oil. vegetarians eat cream cheese right? that's good too. i mix it with a squirt of mio some heavy whipping cream (you can use coconut cream) and then whip it all together, it tastes like cheesecake. good treat lots of fat.

well there aren't any feasible ways except of eggs and cheese. So you better find good recipes for omelettes and cheeses you like. Peanuts are high protein but also have some carbs same with curd. Be careful with whey protein bc it can also raise your insulin level.
if you're a pescetarian then fish preferably salmon
