>full body routines are only for strength, not aesthetics, do a split if you want aesthetics.
Why do people say this?
I look pretty much the same on a full body and a split, my aesthetics only improve when I make progress on lifts.
It may work for you, but it's not the case in everyone. For instance you don't see many powerlifters that look jacked, there are few of course, but those are isolated cases, nontheless, you will never see a bodybuilder that is not jacked.

>For instance you don't see many powerlifters that look jacked
You know absolutely nothing about powerlifting.
Yes, most will keep a higher, more athletic level of bodyfat, but put them next to your average normie bodybuilder and they'll be literally two to three times as big.

>THAT LOOK, that's why bodyfat won't let you see the muscle maybe?. well, let's put on another example, olympic lifters, most of them lift shit tons of weight also, and they look as if they have never gone to the gym.

Just stop posting
I look like shit on a full body and I look like shit on a split.
I am currently lifting 3 days a week on a full body right now because I got sick of lifting 6 days a week on PPL and seeing literally no differences in aesthetics for all those extra days lifting.
Some of us are just cursed to look bad no matter what.

>DUDE OLY LIFTERS LOOK LIKE SHIT LMAO
>inb4 he's on roids
So is every successful bodybuilder since the 80s.
literally no difference
you move the weight, your body doesnt know wtf youre doing

Go on a diet fattty
Training more often is not training harder/smarter. Fix your form and get serious
Maybe try lifting more than 3 months?

Can confirm. 6'4 91kg 4.5pl8 dead 2.5/3(on a good day) squat 105kg binch & 1.5pl8 ohp. Sounds retarded but it works for me and isolations I treat as bodybuilding & getting a good pump on heavy managable/repable weight based on the day of trainning strength levels & focus. For an ex 330lb pure premium lardass fuck I'm happy with my brosplit brogress
>pic related
am i the only one that does both lifts? i swap between full body lifts and splits and isolation week to week and find that works the best.

how's that chest gap treatin ya
I do both
full body compounds (varying) every day I workout
then I do a split for accessories
ie, one day I'll do bench, squat, rows and then do bicep and tricep accessories
another day ill do squat, ohp, deadlift and do shoulder and lat accessories

I lift 3 times a week on a full body. I tried PPLxPPL and a super high volume bro-split but it's sooooooooo borrrrrringggggggggggg.
I am fine with the results full body training gives 3 days a week, it's better than nothing....
