I'm 5'10 and I used to be a fat fuck, I believe I was just slightly around 15 stones. I'm now currently just sitting around 11 stones, but my man boobs haven't shrank at all. Any advice?

See if you can find a lump in your boobs. If it's there, you've got gynocomastia and that can only be removed with surgery. If not, you're just fat.
